RETURN POLICY

 

Faulty products
If a product you have purchased from Blacatoo website is faulty, damaged (excluding damage caused by misuse), wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee, we will cheerfully refund your money, exchange or, where possible, repair the product. 

Change of mind return
Blacatoo happily gives you a refund or an exchange if you have changed your mind on a purchase, provided that the product is:

- returned within 10 days after it has been purchased; 
- not opened or damaged, and in a re-saleable condition;
- within its use by or best before date; and
still in its original packaging (eg. when the product was sold in a carton, the carton must be unopened). 


Please also bring your proof of purchase (for instance your original receipt, tax invoice or a credit card statement clearly showing your purchase at Blacatoo) with you when returning a product under the change of mind policy. Please note that the delivery fee incurred will not be refunded if a purchase is returned as part of the change of mind policy.

Under the Liquor Control Act 1988, it is an offence: to sell or supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years on licensed or regulated premises; or for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase, or attempt to purchase, liquor on licensed or regulated premises.South Australia: Under Liquor Licensing Act 1997, Liquor must NOT be supplied to persons under 18. Queensland: Under the Liquor Act 1992, it is an offence to supply liquor to a person under the age of 18 years. Tasmania Under the Liquor Licensing Act 1990 it is an offence: for liquor to be delivered to a person under the age of 18 years. Penality: Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units. For a person under the age of 18 years to purchase liquor. Penality, Fine not exceeding 10 penality units.
