The Highfly series Merlot is produced in the famous wine region – McLaren vale in South Australia. The wine is smooth with aromas of blackberries, plums and cherries. Compared with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot has a richer flavor, a softer taste, and lower tannin content, making it easier to drink.
